MSP Airport Pickup Checklist: What to Share Before Your Ride

A pre-booked chauffeur is only as smooth as the details you share. Use this checklist when you request an airport ride.

Before you book

• Airline and flight number: so your chauffeur can follow your flight.
• Terminal: MSP has Terminal 1-Lindbergh and Terminal 2-Humphrey. Your airline determines which one you use.
• Passengers and bags: lets us pick a sedan, SUV or van that fits.
• Pickup or drop-off address: home, hotel or office.
• Special needs: child seats or accessibility needs. Mention them early so we can confirm.

On the day

Keep your phone on after landing. If your plans change, call dispatch rather than waiting. We’ll confirm the pickup plan with you before you travel.

Departures
